LiveBoom (Chinese brand name 萌制作Live) at makelivephoto.cn provides in-browser Live Photo, Motion Photo, GIF, and media conversion. Processing stays local by default. Each day includes a limited free quota. Membership removes the conversion cap on the website when your account is in good standing.
This website is operated by a company in China on a .cn domain. Visitors outside China may use the free web converter. The mobile apps are separate products: the international app is iOS only (LiveBoom). Android and HarmonyOS apps are for users in China. Store pricing, billing, and refunds follow the relevant store listing. Signing in with the same account can share membership between the website and the apps you have access to.
While signed out, the daily count is stored in this browser. While signed in, it is stored on your account. When the quota is used up, wait until the next day or become a member as described below. Export formats and watermark-free output are not paywalled.
In China: website membership may use WeChat QR checkout when that feature is available, as shown on the membership page. Android and HarmonyOS in-app purchases are completed inside the China apps. Outside China: this website does not provide international card or Stripe checkout. To become a member, subscribe to LiveBoom on the iOS App Store, then sign in with the same email; membership then syncs to the website. Android users outside China currently have the free web quota only. Entitlement is granted after the payment provider or store notifies our server. Digital membership is generally non-refundable except where required by law or by the store’s own refund rules. Apple In-App Purchase refunds are handled by Apple.
You are responsible for the content you import and process. Do not use the service for infringing, illegal, or unauthorized material.
We aim to support Apple Live Photo, Google / generic Android Motion Photo, and brand formats such as OPPO, Xiaomi, Honor, and vivo. Recognition is not guaranteed on every device or OS version. You choose the export format yourself. Preview before you save to a gallery.
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for issues caused by device differences, browser limits, damaged files, or user error.
The website UI, copy, and software belong to Chongqing Mengwo Technology Co., Ltd. Rights in your source media remain with you or the rightful owner.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at our domicile, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
